PTC participates with most major insurances including;

•      Tricare

•      Medicare

•      Aetna

•      United Health Care

We do not participate with Medicaid or HMO programs.

If we do not participate with your particular insurance we will assist you by filling your claim if you provide the necessary information, but we will ask for full payment at the time of service.

We are periodically reviewing participation with additional insurers and will list them as
we join.
